Purchasing party shall assume all responsibility, risk, and liability for the care and control of the foal purchased on their behalf by FOR THE LOVE OF HORSES, INC., it's agents or representatives from the date of purchase forward. The purchasing party shall hold FOR THE LOVE OF HORSES, INC., it's officers, directors, agents,
representatives, or volunteers harmless from any claims of damage, injury, acts of negligence, howsoever caused, to purchasing party or any other party. FOR THE LOVE OF HORSES, INC. can make no claim nor warranty for foals beyond their date of purchase.
Purchasing party agrees that neither he/she nor any asignees, heirs, distributees, guardians or legal representatives will make any claim against, sue, nor attach the property of FOR THE LOVE OF HORSES, INC., it's officers, directors, or volunteers, for any actions or claims whatsoever arising from this purchase agreement.
I HAVE READ AND THOROUGHLY UNDERSTAND THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY IT. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IS IS LEGAL AND BINDING.

Deposit of $250.00 holds the horse of your choice while your adoption is approved. Should your application not be approved your deposit will be refunded. Balance is due and payable in cash upon pick up.
